As human beings we all struggle or have at one point with one thing or another. Whether it's stress, joint pain, trouble sleeping, common mood swings, anxiety, poor eyesight, brittle hair and nails, etc. This list goes on and on, there's always something going wrong with these meat suits we inhabit.

I strongly believe every one of us has innate knowledge and ability to heal ourselves.

This is why I am a huge advocate for spreading information on what risk factors are surrounding our everyday lives and affecting the health and well being of all of us.

I will be taking space to discuss these issues, along with our daily foundations and how to use them best to our advantage in other posts.


For now, I urge you to seek what feels right. Listen to your body and honor what comes up.

Seek What Feels Right

You are the only person who has lived your life and feels your feelings. While on this journey keep in mind that everyone will have their own opinions based on personal experiences and not everything that helped them is meant to resonate with you. Recognize what sparks interest or joy, do your own research, and find your own true path.


Rest When You Feel Tired

Our current society urges production over personal care. Don't fall for the hype, you deserve rest and time spent recharging away from the constant demands of our busy little world. Take a nap, meditate, draw a bath, listen to healing music, whatever helps you turn off the noise.


Cry, Sing, Dance, Run

When and how you can be sure to Move! Stagnancy will only create more stagnancy. Whether it's gentle arm and neck circles, singing, a stroll outdoors, or crying; transforming those stuck energies will reinvigorate your mind and allow for the release of cortisol.
