Elemental Ascension to me is the remembrance and embodiment of both our Divinity and our Humanness.
Coming back to ourselves and realizing fully that we are all one- with every being, plant, animal, song, and whisper of the wind, we come from the same source.
It is the idea that you are simultaneously the Creator and the Character in your story.
The acknowledgement and acceptance of both the light and the dark, the masculine and the feminine, the energetic and the magnetic, the push and the pull.
You choose and create your reality because what you believe is real, Is Real.
But this can play out positively or negatively corelating with early programming and traumas.
If our parents showed us to fear the world and the people around us, that money is bad/evil, our opinions and emotions are invalid, or taught us to give our power to others, along with endless other subconscious programs that negatively impact our outlook on life and ourselves, then we are most likely unknowingly run by these thoughts until we choose to analyze ourselves, recognize them, and Decide to change them.

It is complete sole responsibility when it comes to our happiness, success, and well being (whatever those look like for your specific journey). We have the power to Choose.
I'm not saying the initiations aren't incredibly intense. They are. We face a lot. But they exist for the lessons they provide.
There are areas in just about everyone's life where we have given our power away to an outside force. Most of these instances are buried in the subconscious and quite honestly difficult to identify and even admit to ourselves.
Though challenges exist as the most potent opportunities for change.
We can decide to do things differently.
By recreating our daily foundations we can recreate our present,
and through progression of our daily foundations we recreate our individual realities.
But only we can make the choices for ourselves to honor the transformation of consistent mindfulness.
